By accessing or using CallingAria, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

CallingAria provides AI-powered receptionist services including voice call handling, SMS response, and web chat. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use CallingAria to engage in illegal activity, send spam, deceive or defraud callers, violate the privacy of others, or interfere with the service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Payment and Cancellation

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial periods.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CallingAria shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect.
