We use your information to provide, improve, and personalize the CallingAria service; to communicate with you about your account and our products; to detect and prevent abuse; and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your data to third parties.
3. Data Storage and Security
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). We use industry-standard security practices and conduct regular security reviews. Conversation data is retained for 12 months by default; Enterprise customers may configure custom retention periods.
4. Third-Party Services
CallingAria integrates with third-party services including telephony providers, calendar platforms, and CRM systems. These integrations are governed by the respective providers' privacy policies. We only share the minimum data required for the integration to function.
